This version also includes a New UI framework, which is a work in progress, and applies only to new projects based on a specific project template. Old projects (and new ones based on old templates) should not be affected.
Following are some features of this new framework:

Support for .less stylesheets (compiled to CSS) on the server side

Support for .script-exclude, .style-exclude and palette.properties files placed in project root, and controlling which scripts and stylesheets are loaded and which palette drawers are displayed

Initial elements in UI palette (with matching plugin implementations)

Initial project template ((New) Mobile Application), based on bootstrap styles (included in the project for easy customization) and including an explicitly modeled navigation framework
