Add tersus.webapp.RequestDumpFilter which can be used to troubleshoot SSL issues. The filter can can be configured by modifying web.xml as follows:

Invalid Reference validations - fixed some false positive validations

New context parameter buffer_all_https_multipart_requests provides a work-around for a problem with parsing HTTPS Multipart request (with the probable cost of requiring more working memory to handle the requests)

Validation now create a file containing a list of all validations - problems.txt in the project's root folder
