David, thanks for the thorough examination. I cleaned the browser cache.I could not find how to set IE compatibility mode. However I reset he browser.(Thanks Luis) Despite this the problem still occurred.Attached is a screenshot.
My default mode browser is Chrome Version 29.0.1547.66 m
