It is technically possible, but is not a currently a mainstream use case for us.
Following a customer request several years ago, we add a WAR export feature for our Enterprise version. It was tested at the time with Oracle Application Server. We are not aware of any customer actually using this feature and do not proactively test it.
I would say that for a one-time or small scale installation it will not be worth your time (or ours) to get into it. For a larger scale project, if WebLogic is a must and Tersus fits your needs, I would certainly consider this option.
