You can use Text/Create Text from Template instead of Miscellaneous/Create from Template which supports structures.
Note that there are modeling differences between the two, due to the fact that Create Text from Template is based on the freemarker template engine.
Note that templates must adhere to freemarker syntax, and must undergo template preparation using the accompanying Text/Prepare Text Template plugin, as in the following screenshot:
