Again tested IE10 (clean install) with version 10.0.92500.16921 subversion 10.0.17 and it worked.
In all Firefox-distributions it works accept the ESR range (https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/). I've tested it in 24.6, 24.4, and 17.5 (all clean install) the upload works but the application is hanging on the exit-trigger of the service-block
