Tersus 2.1.31.4 has been announced stable. This version includes a minor fix to an issue introduced in a previous version (as described in the change log) and replaces the version 2.1.31.3 as the official stable version.
All details and links included in the announcement of 2.1.31.3 as stable now apply to version 2.1.31.4.
