Display Actions/Get Content Type uses javax.servlet.ServletContext.getMimeType, which returns the mime type as configured in the servelet container's configuration, which in the case of tomcat is in the file conf/web.xml.
Tomcat comes with basic mime types predefined in web.xml, and I guess xslx is not one of the extensions defined there. You can of-course edit web.xml and add whatever extensions you deem necessary.
