While documentation is missing for some templates, and we are trying to fill in the gaps, I think functionality can be deduced visually.
With regards, Display Actions/Confirm, it has a <Message> trigger receiving the message to be displayed to the user, with either the <OK> or <Cancel> exits fired based on the user's response to the message (the implementation behind the scenes is a Javascript confirm() method).
