To answer the questions above, there's good news and bad news:
The good news is that the next version (2.2.7) should fix the Image (a.k.a Bardoce) issue.
The bad news is that the Javascript implementation, using the standard OuterHTML() method, does not include input field values, so the only way around is to create an alternate print-specific display which replace all input-type elements with display-only ones.
