Tersus: Date Field

Date FieldDate: Jan 28, 2017Date Field is used to prompt the user to enter a date (compare with Text Field, Number Field, Password Field, Selection Field and Text Area).Date Field contains the following elements:

<Value> - Set it to the initial value you want to display on screen. The user may modify it, and <Value> will then contain the modified value.

<On Change> - An action performed when the value is changed (to add it, right click Date Field and select Add Element -> <On Change>).

To display on screen a label for the field (just before the input field itself), use Date Labeled Field.Note that Date Field should be used only when the user may enter or modify the date. If the user is not expected to change the displayed date interactively ("read only" mode), use Date Display. See Also:
