Hi Rick,
You'll have to update the underlying cacerts file of the JVM (java runtime) used by Tersus.
You'll find a procedure for performing the update in http://magicmonster.com/kb/prg/java/ssl/pkix_path_building_failed.html.
To find Tersus' JVM path, open Help > About Tersus Studio > Installation Details > Configuration, and look for a line starting with java.home= followed by a path (such as C:\Program Files\Java\jre).
Regards,
David
