I've been using Tersus for my company applications for the past 6 years and am happy with its stability and usage. With regards to your questions, i've some opinions to share.
1- How can we make this forum active?
Think it's a chicken and egg issue relating to your second question. If there are more new users, there would definitely be more activtiy. However, the lack of activitiy could also be due to the maturity of the platform as what needs to be done to implement applications can be done quite easily and any doubts are addressed accurately through searches in this forum and info on this site.
2-Besides, how can developers of Tersus continue making changes and attracting more users and developers.
For developers of Tersus to continue to make changes, my opinion is that there needs to be more enterprise customers buying licences to generate revenue. This is not a simple task as personally, i think one only realize it's a really good product when you use it hands on to develop an application. Businesses/organisations which make decisions on application platforms to adopt and have not used Tersus, would have doubts and resistance using or switching to a non mainstream platform. It's really a fight to attract more users and developers.
