Importing a WSDL file defining web services:
You do this using the Import WSDL wizard. See the tutorial in the page Danny mentioned above. This is the same for any application (not only iPhone applications). If you have any problem with the import, and you need help, please provide the URL of the WSDL file.

Using a web service in your app:
Assuming you have already imported a WSDL file, you can now use any of the web services it defines. This is also covered by the same tutorial, and is also not iPhone specific. If you have a problem with using a service, please specify what service you try to use.

Displaying a list of items in an iPhone app:
This is specific to iPhone, but not related to web services (the list of items can be obtained in any way). The issue is covered by stage 3 of the twitter tutorial.
