JP's previous answer applies to deployment using the standalone tersus server.
If you'd like to do the same using the studio, you'll need to create a Configuration.xml in your project root directory.
This is discussed in various threads, including http://www.tersus.com/#Id=1185 (use the site search with the search term: configuration.xml mysql to find additional threads).
