The Download page now includes a native mac installer (dmg) of the most recent stable version (2.0.3.1).
Note that this version has a known problem which prevents it from being updated to a later version (cross-platform upgrade capabilities are described in the Getting Updates page).
This means that when the time comes to install a newer version of the studio, you'll need to remove it and download & install a newer dmg.
If your plan to develop mobile applications, I do recommend that you install the latest version (currently 2.0.9), as we've revamped our mobile offering providing significant progress in this area since the last stable version (see more details in our change logs, starting with version 2.0.5) - to install a newer version you will need to perform the manual (cross platform) installation described here or wait until we manage to solve the update issue at which time we will provide a new dmg for the latest version available at that time. I can promise that we are working on this issue and hope to resolve it within a few days.
