Text FieldDate: Jan 28, 2017Text Field is used to prompt the user to enter some text (compare with Number Field, Date Field, Password Field, Selection Field and Text Area).Text Field contains the following elements:

<Value> - Set it to the initial value you want to display on screen. The user may modify it, and <Value> will then contain the modified value.

<On Change> - An action performed when the value is changed (to add it, right click Text Field and select Add Element -> <On Change>).

To display on screen a label for the field (just before the input field itself), use Text Labeled Field.Note that Text Field should be used only when the user may enter or edit the text. If the user is not expected to change the displayed text interactively ("read only" mode), use Text Display.
