Text Display is used to display a text on the screen (compare with Number Display and Date Display).
Note that Text Display should be used only when the user is not expected to change the displayed text interactively ("read only" mode). To allow the user to enter or edit some text, use Text Field or Text Area.
Note further the distinction between Text Display and Label. While Text Display defines a text field whose value is variable (its <Value> element), Label is typically used for fields with constant values.
List Item contains, by default, a Details column with two Text Display elements (Title and Description). See sample modeling in Guestbook.
